At Allison Izu, we want you to love your fit and feel confident in every piece. If you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns and exchanges on unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 30 days of purchase.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Securely pack your items in the original shipping box or a similar mailer, ensuring all original designer tags remain attached.

  Label and Ship

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, ঊর্ধ্ব it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or issue store credit within 7-10 business days.
